Caliman Agrícola S/A, through Caliman International offices, exports on a regular basis to the USA, Canada and all European countries. It is one of the few companies that owns a license to export to the American market.

Caliman is responsible for a considerable amount of the Brazilian Papaya exports. Its production and commercialization in the local market and export make the company one of the biggest papaya producer in the world.

Through the new hybrid, Caliman estimates an increase in the export from 20% to 25%, considering its entry to the North American market in 2005, with a consumption potential of approximately 70,000 tons/year.
