Ingredients:
1
peeled papaya without seeds
2 peeled oranges
4 slices of pineapple
2 peeled kiwis
How
to prepare
Add
the ingredients (all cut into cubes) in a deep bowl.
Mix them with a mixer. Serve when it is creamy and uniform. Serve
cold.
Time
for Preparing: 5 minutes
Quantity: 2 large glasses
Note: This drink is very rich in vitamins A and
C. Consume right after the preparation.
Refreshing
and energetic juice
Mix
pieces of pineapples, twos buds of oranges, a slice of papaya
and sprinkle with lemon broth. If you prefer, mix in the liquefier
for a delicious natural juice.

Various
Papaya
Marinade
Ingredients:
1
papaya (cut in thin slices)
2 spoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
How
to prepare
Cover
the bottom of a glass roasting pan with half of cut papaya. Put
the meat (bovine or poultry) in uniform surfaces and cover with
the remaining slices of papaya. Put the soy sauce, the sugar
and
the pepper and spill in a uniform manner. Cover with plastic
film and press really tight. Put it in the refrigerator. In the
case of bovine meat, put it aside for one night, and if it is
poultry, for approximately 2 hours. Because of the natural enzyme
present in the papaya, the papain, this recipe of marinade is
specially used in meats that are difficult to cut.
Papaya
Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups
of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast powder
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ of cup of canola oil
1 cup of skim milk
1 large egg
Buds of two small lemons
½ of cup of dry and cut papaya
How
to prepare
Pre-heat
the oven in a temperature of 220ºC. In a large bowl, put
the flour, the sugar, the yeast powder and the salt together.
With a fork, mix the canola oil until little kernels with the
size of a pea are formed.
In
a small bowl, put the milk, the egg, the papaya and the lemon
buds. Add to the flour mix and mix with a fork until the mixture
is uniform. The dough will get wet.
Turn
the dough on the flour. Mix the dough with hands and make a ball.
Spread the dough, squeezing well and forming 2 discs
of approximately 12 cm of diameter. Be careful to not squeeze
in exaggerated
manner.
Put
the discs in special paper and divide them in the number of pieces.
Daub with milk and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Papaya
Bread
Ingredients:
1
cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 cup of smashed papaya
1/4 of cup of chopped nuts
1/2 cup of dried grape
1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon of yeast powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of dehydrated spices (fine herbs)
1/2 teaspoon of ginger tea
How
to prepare
Mix
the butter and he sugar until the dough gets light. Add the eggs
and mix until the dough gets creamy. Add the papaya, the nuts
and the dried grapes and mix. Sieve the flour, the yeast powder,
the sodium bicarbonate, the salt, the cinnamon, the fine herbs
and the ginger and add all to the butter mix.
Spill
the dough in special paper in a roasting pan with 20x12.5cm for
breads. Bake in the oven with temperature in 160ºC (between
medium and low) for approximately 65 minutes.

Salads
Green
salad of Papaya with shrimp
Ingredients:
125g
of small shrimps (approximately 9), peeled
For
the sauce
1
tooth of garlic (smashed)
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 ½ cups of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 cups of triturated papaya (preferably in automatic processors)
1 carrot also triturated
1/3 of cup of fresh coriander
2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts (smash the peanuts)
How to prepare
Boil
the water and salt in a small pan. Cook the shrimps in this pan
for approximately 1 minute or until they get all cooked. Dry
the shrimps with a sieve and wash with cold water. Cut the shrimps
in half.
Sauce
prepare
In
a large bowl, mix well the ingredients of the sauce until the
sugar is dissolved.
Add the shrimp, the papaya, the carrot and the coriander to the
sauce, mixing well. The salad can be prepared 2 hours before being
served, but it has to be well stored: covered and cold.
Serve the salad in the normal temperature, powdered with peanuts.

Ingredients:

papaya cut in half
1 chopped pimento
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon of well chopped Spanish pepper
How
to prepare
Mix
all the ingredients, cover and put aside for 1 hour. Serve with
cheese or potato bread, buttered toasts or pita bread.
Papaya
Relish
Ingredients:
2
cups of well cut pineapples
1 cup of well cut papaya
½ red peppers
½ cup of scallion cut in small pieces
1 tooth of smashed garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh mint (chewed)
How
to prepare
Mix
all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt. Put it aside in normal
temperature for 1 hour. If you wish, this sauce can be prepared
1 day in advance, but it must be covered and refrigerated. Serve
in normal temperature.
Approximated
quantity: 3 cups.
Spicy
sauce of fruits
Ingredients:
1
mango (cut in small cubes)
1 papaya (cut in small cubes)
20 strawberries (cut in half or in four pieces)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 fresh cherry pepper, chewed or cut in pieces
2 tablespoons of fresh chewed mint
How
to prepare
Mix
the fruits, the sugar and the pepper and wait for 10 minutes.
After that, add the mint and mix. Serve the sauce with chicken
or with grilled fish.
Time
for preparing: 45 minutes approximately.
Approximated quantity: 4 portions.
Frilled
filet with Papaya sauce
Ingredients:
1
kg of filet mignon
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 papaya
How
to prepare
Put
sugar, soy sauce, black pepper and salt and make a pâté.
Pass this pâté in the filet. Cut the papaya in thin
slices. Put half of the papaya slices in a plate. Put the filet
on the papaya and cover it with remaining slices. Cover with
other plate and press well. Refrigerate during a whole night.
Remove
the filet and bake, grill or fry.

Ingredients:

riped papaya
4 balls of creamy ice cream
Cassis Liqueur
How
to prepare
Put
the papaya pulp in the liquifier. Mix until it turns into a smooth
cream. Add the ice cream balls an mix until it turns into a smooth
cream. Divide the cream in cups and sprinkle with Cassis Liqueur.
